Content This course introduces you to the techniques of wine production, the major wine production regions and offers the chance to sample wines from around the world. The emphasis is on enjoyment, with talk/discussion on a wine related topic or growing region and offers chance to taste and compare wines from that region. Usually 6 wines tasted each week and total cost of wine is divided by the number of students, approximately 2.50-3.00 per person/week
