This course is for any 19+ learner from the Warrington community
What will I learn?
Within these 1 hour sessions you will participate in several punching techniques with bags and pads, skipping excercises and other aerobic excersises. For your safety courses will be structured around a warm up activity, circuit of the bags, pads and aerobic station and a cool down.
How will I be assessed?
This course will not be assessed. Learners assess their own learning and discuss their progression with their tutor
