People Management for New Leaders and Supervisors

Overview
This course is designed to support team leaders and supervisors in defining their role, and in developing some of the key skills needed to create a successful team environment.
Course objectives This course will enable delegates to lead their teams effectively and to manage individual performance.

By the end of this course, you will have learned:

• How to enable the team to be successful; how to work with team members as individuals

Newly promoted or recently appointed team leaders and supervisors; this course is not aimed at experienced managers.
