This course is aimed at those who have responsibility for interviewing potential new staff to help identify a structure, format and purpose for that perfect interview.

To examine and develop the necessary skills to conduct and evaluate that perfect employee interview

By the end of this session you will:

• Demonstrate the effective use of open and closed questions
• Identify different forms of interview
• Determine interview objectives using the PEACE method
• Identify links with the person and job specification
• Prepare an interview plan
• Conduct and evaluate an interview
• Produce an action plan for future reference

• The PEACE interview method
