Supporting each other, NLP techniques and practice, coping with smoking withdrawal and cravings for cigarettes
Session 5 - The final hurdles
Resisting the temptation of smoking cigarettes, maintaining self belief and motivation, planning ahead
Session 6 - The finish line!!!
