This course is designed for people who wish to improve their knowledge and make a greater contribution to personnel administration. This is the ideal course for individuals who would like to learn more about the different systems in place with regards to Human Resources and is also an ideal course for a small business owner wishing to gain a working knowledge of HR issues.
You don't need any prior skills in the subject area to start this course.
At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement by ABC Awards and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the details all of the units you have completed as part of your course).
