A good Honours degree in your chosen subject area.
International entry criteria

Course overview
The unique elements of the Professional PhD in Law are its modular approach. The course combines work-based supervision with a fl exible delivery so as to ensure retention and completion.
There are six modules.

Research/Core Skill Essay
Research Project (40,000 word dissertation).
Underlying the core of the doctoral programme is the research project undertaken by you. You will be required to submit a research proposal and a research plan at the end of the required Research Methods 1 module.
You will also need to produce an upgrade report (20,000 words) at the end of the Research Methods for Professional Practice module, which will set out the theoretical reasoning for the research and outline the ways in which the research will further professional knowledge in the area.
You will be supported by your supervisor to undertake your doctoral thesis project, ultimately producing a 40,000 word dissertation.
