Plumbing - Foundation skills and methods

This course covers the following; (see website for further details)

• Introduction to hot and cold water systems, and common heating systems.
• Introduction to plumbing tools and fittings.
• Soldering and bending copper pipe.
• Putting together a toilet, bath and basin, installing taps and wastes,
• Installing the complete suite correctly, connecting water and waste pipes and making it live.
• Checking for leaks, fault finding and correction of faults.
• Removal of complete bathroom suite.
• Installing a outside tap.
• Installing radiators and pipe work.
• Fill, drain and refill radiators, checking for leaks.
• Remove and replace radiators without draining the whole system.
