PMP Intensive

The Project Management Professional (PMP®) qualification is awarded by the US Project Management Institute (PMI®). This credential focuses on project leadership skills and demonstrates a solid foundation of experience in effectively managing projects.This course is a revision programme that builds on delegates' existing knowledge and experience in a coaching environment.The first 3 days of the course include delegates studying for the CAPM® accreditation. Exam StructureOnce previous education and experience have been validated, the final stage is to sit a 4 hour, 200 question multiple choice exam, based on the publication, A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK® Guide).
The exam tests a delegate's ability to apply knowledge, skills and techniques used in project management. It is developed by groups of individuals from around the globe who hold thePMP® credential and is routinely reviewed and revised to ensure the best and consistently objective assessment.
This is a computer based exam for delegates outside North America. Delegates are responsible for booking the exam throughPMI's
