Ann Pilkington
Ann Pilkington
Co-founder, PR Academy

Ann's early career was in journalism, moving into PR with major blue-chip companies including the AA, BT, The Woolwich bank and Barclays. As an independent communications consultant, she specialises in leading communications on major change programmes within the public sector. She holds a Masters in Public Relations from the University of Stirling, City and Guilds Further Education Teacher’s Certificate and the Communications, Advertising and Marketing Diploma (CAM).

Kevin Ruck

Kevin is a qualified lecturer, holding a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and graduated with a distinction in his MBA from the Open University in 2007. He was awarded the Arnoux bursary to undertake a PhD in Internal Communication at the University of Central Lancashire in 2009. He developed the Internal Communication Certificate for CIPR in 2008 and is currently developing an Internal Communication Diploma. His special interests are in corporate strategy, internal communication, change, social media and employee engagement.
