This course is designed for recently appointed team leaders and supervisors and those who are likely to be appointed to such positions in the near future. Experienced supervisors and team leaders would also benefit from this course as a refresher programme. The course is biased towards supervisors and team leaders working in an operational environment, but is also for valuable people in supporting roles, such as procurement and HR staff.
