Practical Test Planning

This two day course focuses on developing students’ skills in the practical tasks typical of the work of the Test Team Leader. Through the use of practical exercises students become proficient in planning, scheduling and test reporting.

The course has the following objectives:

• improve your understanding of the Plan and Schedule stages of the Test Process through practical experience of carrying out all the tasks involved
• extend your knowledge and abilities as a professional software tester to include planning, estimating, scheduling and monitoring
• gain QBIT certification which signifies that you have moved beyond analysing and executing software testing and are ready to take responsibility for controlling a testing project
