Precision Meetings

Precision Meetings is a one day programme designed to promote and facilitate the efficiency of formal meetings in a business environment, offering a series of processes and tools developed to assist individuals and groups, effectively organise and direct business meetings, with the intention of enhancing business information flow and results, thereby sustaining and growing a healthy business.

By congruently and actively accepting and implementing the processes and tools in this programme, participants will increase the time available to them to attend to the handling of information, from and to, other areas of the business. Additionally they will learn skills to reduce meeting times, meeting attendance and the mis-communications that can require further meetings. The is course is particularly suited to meeting organisers, facilitators, leaders, note -takers and significant attendees.

To provide business with a platform from which to develop performance- driven meetings focused on enhancing business performance. Participants can be expected to increase their understanding of what information is important to them and their business, how to elicit that information from the considerable input that flows around them, and then organise the formal meetings needed to disseminate that information to the required areas in the business.
