Dealing with Differences: Learning how to respond positively to conflicts and differences to enhance the quality of the relationship.
Supporting your Manager: This section looks at how, by, analysing strengths and weaknesses, and knowledge and skills can help you towards a more productive working relationship.
My Manager the Work and Me: The most effective staff/manager teams are those in which both recognise the advantages of the association with the other and work together in a manner which is fulfilling. ~This module examines how a sharing of responsibility and a demonstration of commitment to both the work and the people is needed to achieve this.
