Preparation for Air Cabin Crew Level 2 EAL

Is this course for me?
Airlines require people who are aged 18 - 55, height 5'2" to
6'2", have good communication and numeracy skills, can swim 25
meters and understand customer service techniques.
What will I study?
This course prepares you to apply to airlines for work as cabin
crew. The course has five units: cabin crew working; customer
service; the airline industry; food service; and health and safety.
You must be able to travel anywhere in the world. On the second
part of the course you will also study for a food and drink service
qualification, which many airlines require.

What are the entry requirements?
You will need to attend an interview and assessment session and
if you are successful you will be invited back for further
assessment.
How will I be assessed?
There will be a practical assessment and an online test.
What will it cost?
If you are under 19 and a home student, in most circumstances,
you don't pay any fees. However, you will need to find this out
when you apply.
