Course Aims:
Ideal course for school leavers interested in a career in any uniformed service , eg: Army , Navy, RAF, Prison Service, Fire or Police .

Course Content:
Throughout the year all the following units will be studied :

Investigate Work Opportunities
Well-being and physical fitness
Develop team working skills
Self-discipline and development
Carry out basic map-reading and navigation
Participate in competitive sports
Participate in Adventurous outdoor activities

A reasonable level of fitness is required

Duration:
1 year full time from September - June
