PRINCE2 Foundation

This initial course provides all information necessary for sitting the Foundation examination. PRINCE2 2009 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a proven, repeatable and teachable method which enables the individual to build better projects. The focus is on governance, monitoring and control of projects in order to gain higher project success-rate and align them to strategic change objectives within an organisation.
