PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner

PRINCE2 Update: Please be aware that from the 1st October 2017 this course is being taught using the 2017 PRINCE2 syllabus and includes the latest version of the exam. Any courses before this date will be based on the existing 2009 syllabi and exam.   This PRINCE2 course is for project professionals who wish to consolidate their project management skills and become registered PRINCE2 Practitioners.

Those seeking fast track certification at both PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner levels.  Learning Objectives The 5 day course will provide delegates with the ability to organise, plan and control projects using the PRINCE2 method.  The course includes both PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner. Upon completion you will be able to:

- Implement the PRINCE2 process model in a variety of environments - Prepare the appropriate level of plans using Product Based Planning - Undertake risk analysis and management in a project environment - Apply Change Control and Configuration Management within a project - Manage and control a project throughout its life-cycle - Participate as an informed member of a project management team

Successful delegates will become Registered PRINCE2 Practitioners.
