This 5 day course PRINCE2 training course is designed to provide you with a detailed understanding of the PRINCE2 approach and the ability to apply the method to your own working environment.
This will be achieved during the PRINCE2 training course by a combination of slide presentations and scenario based work, designed to prepare you for the PRINCE2 Foundation Examination and the Objective PRINC2 Practitioner Examination.
PRINCE2 (PRoject IN Controlled Environments) is a project management methodology designed to ensure that a project meet its objectives, within constraints and delivers stated benefits.
Pre-Course Work and Reading
Delegates attending the PRINCE2 Practitioner Training Course will receive a copy of the PRINCE2 Manual and a pre-course Workbook prior to attending. It is strongly advised that delegates begin the pre-course work and reading no later than 3 weeks prior to the course start date.
