The aim of this course, organized by London Corporate Training, is to introduce delegates to the value and general content of the Components and Processes of the PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments) structures project management methodology, in support of projects of all sizes.

This is an intensive course and participants are requested to be prepared to work in the evening. About this course

This course is designed for managers who are currently reviewing the arrangements for the management of projects at organisational level. It will also assist all those who are actively involved in project management at all levels.

It is anticipated that attendance at this session will provide participants with appropriate practical tools for effective project management

An informal interactive style is employed throughout the programme. During the course participants will be encouraged to relate their learning to practice through case studies, simulations, small group work and discussion.

A comprehensive pre-course work package is supplied at least four weeks prior to the course which you should allow about 10 hours to complete. We also also provide an electronic version of past sample foundation questions.
