Course Overview

PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments, Version2) is a structured method for effective project management. Developed by the UK Government, the PRINCE2® method is internationally accepted as the leading "best practice" project management approach and it’s widely used in the private and public sectors, both in the UK and internationally.

This is the 3 day approach to gaining the Foundation qualification. It is an intense course that will require delegates to prepare thoroughly and be prepared for evening work throughout the course. The course includes the Foundation examination and prepares delegates for the Practitioner should they wish to move on to those levels.

Public courses: Public courses are based around the case study scenario that is used for the Practitioner examination.

Why should you use Aspire Europe?

The case for using Aspire Europe is compelling; we are an Accredited Training and Accredited Consultancy Organisation by the OGC and APM Group. Our trainers include are mainly practicing consultants who have achieved Registered Consultant status.

The 3 day course is intense, and for individuals coming from a project or operations background the sheer volume of information that has to be processed to achieve Foundation level can be baffling. Preparation is the key to success, which is why we provide a full pre-course programme to help you arrive on the first day fully prepared.

The course prepares delegates for the Practitioner examination.
