Tune in every week for inspiring content and valuable information to move the needle forward. The Shift In this first important lesson, we begin with the essence of taking action itself - Practice. By examining our approach to Practice, and overcoming traditional obstacles in perceiving life as a Practice, we can accomplish "The Shift" - a crucial first step to living a Dynamic Life in the months and years to come. Freedom & Discipline In this lesson we examine a seemingly contradictory relationship between Freedom & Discipline, to learn why these two are actually related and supportive of one another as well as dissolve many misconceptions we may have about Freedom itself. Acceleration The Principle of Acceleration (both in the physical world and in the world of behavior and action) is a valuable tool to remind us of the value of "compounding" - that is, to be smart with our time, our investing of energy and effort and to remember the value of consistency as we take massive action towards our dreams. BONUS Resource: 5 Habits for Acceleration in Life These are 5 simple habits I shared to continually employ so that you build positive Momentum in your life with the things you do:1. Keep a physical notebook and use a good pen you like. Make crossing off stuff juicy and rewarding. 2. Reserve time to reflect, check in with yourself and follow-up. Listen to your heart and enjoy the silence. 3. Delegate, delegate, delegate. Whatever you can get rid of to save time, do it. There is always someone for the job.4. Manage your time appropriately by aligning with your own rhythm, planning breaks and transitions and setting rules. Respect the clock and the clock will respect you. 5. Continually evaluate your vision, your "why" and your direction. Where are you going? Why are you going there? Efficiency In this lesson we examine an important rule of taking action and being successful which is being efficient. To pursue "profitable asymmetries" in what we do is the key for maximizing the return on our time, money and effort and it is through the Principle of Efficiency that we can learn the skills needed to utilize this on a daily basis. Success preview In this important lesson we break down the various main components that make one "successful" in life - Skills, Heart, Resourcefulness and Gratitude. We also learn how to create our own formula for success using previous behavior and our own life examples. BONUS Resource: A Simple Formula for Success The following is a real-life example of one of my student's (you know who you are) personal formula for success as it was discussed in this lesson. I think it's a fabulous model to use in any area of your life. 1. Make it fun, even when it's not. 2. Don't care about others' opinions of you. 3. Learn as much as you can about it. 4. Deal with problems immediately, don't wait. 5. Give it 100% attention and focus. The 4 Catalysts of Change The road to our dreams is paved with challenges and uncontrollable situations. These are the 4 Catalysts of Change and they will visit you regardless of your efforts, but they also hold hidden gems of transformation and learning that strengthen and empower you for who you are meant to be. Stages of Consciousness & The Quest for Freedom Taking a detour into the esoteric, this lesson examines the 5 Stages of Consciousness and our quest to be free. As we embark on the journey of taking Dynamic Action, it is important to remember the fundamental idea that life is a game, meant to be played and enjoyed but not obligated upon us. To arrive at this conclusion takes several steps of Awareness and this is what we will unpack in detail in this valuable lesson. Self-Betrayal We established much earlier that Ignorance is the root of all suffering, but Self-Betrayal comes in a close second. To know the Truth and then choose against it anyway is a second, profound source of pain and suffering that we create for ourselves and it is called Self-Betrayal. In this lesson we'll examine 3 main ways that we betray ourselves and how to sidestep them in our journey toward living a Dynamic Life. The 5 Steps to Forgiveness In this final lesson we take a look at Forgiveness - a critical component to living a peaceful, abundant life and maintaining our actions productive, creative and Dynamic. Without Forgiveness it easy to get stuck on every single problem we encounter, but to forgive is also something that seems difficult because of our natural resistance to it. In this lesson we'll unpack this timeless virtue with 5 simple steps that you can take to easily access Forgiveness in any situation. Spiritual Plumbing & Healing Trauma In this final lesson we examine the impact of trauma and negative emotions on our productivity, creativity, success and health. In any study of achievement, one's ability to master their emotions is tantamount. I wanted to share with you in this lesson some valuable life insights regarding this process, as well as some powerful resources that have made a difference in my life and that of many others in this area so that you can be as free and clear in your journey as possible.
