Afternoon: Overview of the Principals of Fire risk management.

• Causes and preventon of fire (sources of ignition, seperation from fuels)

• Fire protection in buildings (means of escape, Fire extinguishers, alarms)

• Safety of people in the event of a fire (emergency evacuation procedures, behaviour of people in the
event of a fire)

• Summary of a fire risk assessment
