Course review:
In order to ensure that residents and service-users receive a quality service from all staff, we have put together this shorter induction course for non-care staff such as housekeepers, domestic and catering staff, reception and administrative staff who have not previously received training in the core principles that underpin working in a care environment. This course is delivered directly in relation to the Common Induction Standards suggested by Skills for Care for non-care workers and links to the knowledge set for workers not involved in direct care.
