Synopsis:

Organisations of all types experience problems associated with all aspects of business operations. Unless problems are identified and addressed they will undoubtedly have a negative impact on the organisation.

Solving a problem will, in most cases, result in a cost saving to the organisation and also remove annoying situations that can affect staff morale and ultimately to customer dissatisfaction.
