Leader Development Academy

Delievered on three separate days across three months, this leader development programme will fast-track your leadership, management and coaching skills.

Join with other local business leaders as you are led by expert leadership and management facilitators through the key skills of leadership, management and coaching.

Participants choose three days from a selection of five subject areas covering leadership, management, coaching, marketing and strategic planning.

Following the three days, participants are encouraged to attend an online coaching and review session hosted by your facilitator. This session will continue your development as you are invited to share your approaches to a problem you have solved following the programme.

Additionally, you will be invited to an online and telephone coaching and review session on a real live management or business issue.

This course totals 22 hours
