In this sense, the business finder is one of the most widespread commercial figures that can correspond to the needs of these. Unfortunately, this type of profession is still not regulated either by the Civil Code or by the Collective Economic Agreements. The business finder is someone who receives from a company, without being an employee, the task of promoting contracts in his favor. The activity of a business finder consists, in fact, in indicating to the proposed company the possibility of entering into contracts or acquiring purchase orders. Since it does not depend on any company, the business finder can also work on behalf of several entrepreneurs. The fundamental purpose of this role is to relate the two parties in order to conclude a deal. The business finder cannot conclude contracts on behalf of the company for which he proposes. His remuneration occurs with a commission given by the company that sells the service. This commission is established through agreements made in advance. Business procurement involves a great deal of freedom on the part of companies that are in relationship in order to enter into contracts, but it also provides little protection for the procurer.
