The greatest praise an artist can get is being selected to put up a new exhibition. We all want our work to be seen... But how do we prepare for this major event? What steps should we take to ensure the best experience possible? This course will look into some of the finer details in exhibiting your work including everything from obtaining opportunities, dealing with galleries and contracts, to proper packaging and handling, to Do-It-Yourself projects and independently curated exhibitions. Practical topics like hanging, lighting, layout will also be discussed.

About this course

- Enter into your new exhibition opportunity with confidence

This intensive 1-day course will involve in-class presentations, samples, group discussions and projects. Group participation will be key to getting the most out of this course.
