Summary: Day 5 - Joined up Management

With the new skills learned from the previous modules, we now move on to using them in conjunction to get the best results. We have found the best way of doing this is with practical application, and in addition the best way to measure your development is through evaluation. This session will contain 2 Evaluation Gates. There will be two presentations, the first of which will contain a plan, its financial data and tightly defined objective. The second will be a review of the plan identifying variances and making recommendations for an Action Plan to remedy the deficiencies.
