What you need to know
How will I study?

A wide range of topics to effectively and efficiently manage projects will be covered, including: Principles of project management; Project stakeholder management; Project communications; Business case, project structure and progress monitoring; Managing project scope; Managing project schedule; Managing project finances; Managing project risk; Managing project resources; Provide leadership and direction for own area of responsibility (some may be subject to change)
How will I be taught?

The course starts on 7 September 2016 and is taught on a Wednesday afternoon 1pm to 6pm over 2 years. There is a good mix of students from different industries, background and experience at various levels which provides a lively environment for learning and sharing best practice.
How will I be assessed?

Assessment will be through 1 or 2 exams, with the majority of assessment through assignments and creating a portfolio of work-based evidence.
