In this project management training course (run in-company), you will learn how to plan, manage, implement and control business projects more effectively using proven project methodology and project tools.
Covering each stage of the project life cycle, you will spend time on detailing the project scope, project planning the work that needs to be undertaken, consider the project tools available to you and their benefits. After the project training course you will be able to apply a sound methodology into your organisation, utilise or adapt some of the project templates shared and utilise the resources available to you more effectively.
