I have a mixed response, few things are easy and few are difficult to follow. All the modules are easy to use and apply though. Since the software is flexible enough to modify there are no issues.

I have a mixed response, few things are easy and few are difficult to follow. All the modules are easy to use and apply though. Since the software is flexible enough to modify there are no issues.

The material covered LSS theory well, but has too much general project management theory and very basic math/statistics. It was a great day in all, thanks for the same.

The Customer support is outstanding! Software is simple to use. It also lets user to customize fields providing utmost flexibility in design. IQMS provides a vast variety of canned reports, but also delivers the aptitude to create your own with Crystal Reports. I would recommend the same to all.

I took the Business Analysis Practice certificate and what I can say is that the trainer David Smallwood was excellent due to his teaching style and vast knowledge. Venue is easy to find and the facilities and environment fit for purpose. I would join some other course with KA in the future.
