I recommend this course to anyone looking to improve their assertiveness skills. Having recently started up my own company, I decided that I needed to brush up on my assertiveness and communication techniques. This course will provide you with an indepth understanding of what being assertive really means and help you to put your foot forward on the journey to becoming more assertive.
Excellent course with clear content, high quality material and a friendly flexible approach. Very useful.

This course was very thorough in its content, and is an excellent addition to the new to management course I had previously attended with R2. I would recommend this to any existing manager as a revison course or a new manager looking to develop their skills. As usual it is value for money.
