Reiki (Level One)

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning 'Universal Energy' or 'Universal Life Force Energy'. It is a system of healing that channels universal energies to their highest good that allow the body to clear itself so that one feels lighter, healthier and happier.

During Level One we will explore the process for self healing that can also be used on friends and family. It is a foundation of the Reiki system that will introduce you to this unique system of healing. Following the Mikao Usui method we will explore exactly what Reiki is and how beneficial it is.

What will you learn?

You will learn how to treat yourself with Reiki as well as on friends and family.

• The history of Reiki and lineage
• Energy systems of the body
• Level One attunement to strengthen the student's connection to the Reiki energies
• The practical application of a full body Reiki treatment
• How to give yourself a Reiki treatment
