Aimed at media and marketing professionals interested in developing their understanding of relational approaches to practice, this Build your own MA (BYOMA) short course aims to explore relationship marketing as a discipline, examine its conceptual components, consider appropriate contexts for effective relationship marketing and identify implications for practice.
This course will enable you to bring a critical, ethical lens to the consideration of relational practice. Having analysed the body of knowledge on relationship marketing you will develop conceptual frameworks for the analysis of relationship marketing and recommend strategies for the implementation of relationship marketing, both within specified contexts.
