This online course with NCC has greatly met my expectations so far and would recommend it to anybody. I have felt very supported and very encouraged as per my tutor´s feedback. I am still doing my course and must say that it is being a very positive experience indeed. I enjoy every single bit of each module I work on and it is being very enriching. I have been an assistant in a care home now for about 4 years but never had a certificate specifically in Dementia to back up my experience. This course gave me the theoretical information to link to my practical experience and I will certainly be working my way through the remaining VRQ courses.
