Consultant Psychiatrist
Dr Sanjay Kumar Rao is a consultant psychiatrist and cognitive behavioural therapist. He specialises in mental health and wellbeing of organisations and is also trained in strengths performance coaching through the Gallup Organisation. He was awarded the honour of the Doctor of the Year North of England in 2005 for his achievements in service development. He is an experienced teacher, trainer and practitioner who holds both professional and public courses.
Course programme
How can we respond effectively to adversity and improve our wellbeing? This 1 day workshop is based on groundbreaking research in the positive psychology of resilience and wellbeing. It is highly relevant to the current economic climate and workplace morale.
As a participant you will develop a personal effectiveness template, through a skills based approach. Life transforming principles of Positive psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy are the basis of this workshop.
