About the Course
This is a one-year course on which you will:
* Investigate the employment opportunities for the resort representative
* Undertake pre-season preparation
* Manage airport and transfer duties
* Undertake in-resort duties
* Investigate the role of children†s representatives
• Understand the travel industry and the role of the resort representative
You will have talks by speakers from the industry who have held resort representative positions overseas and you will have the opportunity to observe at an international airport. Tour operator brochures and IT resources will be available for you to use during the course.
Course Aims
The course aims to give you the skills and knowledge you†ll need to work effectively as a resort representative. It also aims to enhance the status of resort representatives within the travel and tourism industry by promoting good practice.

No Course Fees for Under 19's. Over 19's must pay, or claim Level 2 or Level 3 Entitlement for FREE courses .
