Responding to the Advocacy Needs of Different Groups of People

Delegates will look at how to respond to specific advocacy needs of
different people, including black and ethnic minority groups, older
people, people with physical disabilities. Delegates will examine
medical and social models of disability and definitions of social
exclusion, consider how to make advocacy accessible to individuals
and different groups, promote diversity, and use non-instructed
advocacy.
