To achieve this qualification, you must achieve 31 credits (Certificate) .  The number of credits required for a Diploma depends upon the pathway of qualification chosen.  For example  Retail Management is 43 credits, Sales Professional is 40 credits.

Please note: To undertake the Sales Professional pathway you do not have to manage staff.

What modules are covered?

There are 2 strands to this qualification.  You can study Retail QCF qualification in Retail Management and Sales Professional.  This means that the qualification can truly reflect your job role.

How will I be assessed?

An assessor will visit you regularly in the work place and a portfolio of evidence will be gathered to reflect you have met the occupational standards for this qualification.

What is the entry process?

On receipt of your enquiry you may be contacted by the course co-ordinator who will discuss the course content in relation to your job role, to ensure that this is the most suitable course and level. You will be asked to complete a course nomination form, which may be required prior to the fees being confirmed. You will then be contact by the initial visit assessor who will visit you in the work place to sign you up for your course. You will require approval from your employer prior to enrolment.

To be in an appropriate job role.

What can I do after this course?

To progress onto management level qualifications.
