The booking system was effective and the study materials arrived at my home on time. I was assuming a risk by taking Level 4 because I had never taken any of the CIEH courses before but found the course was interesting and somehow fun too. It had a combination of good teaching, group exercises and interaction with the classmates, that where from different industries.
