Course programme
Course review:
In order to fulfil their role efficiently and successfully, health and social care workers need to have a clear understanding of their role and duties. Furthermore, it is an induction requirement that new workers are trained to understand their role. A health or social care worker who understands the general importance of their role and the responsibilities of their duties is better equipped to provide person centred care.
