Thanks to OneMBA I have been able to finished the European residency in Istanbul and Amsterdam. I was surprised that when I saw people again in Europe after first meeting them six months ago in Washington, it felt like I had known them for a long time. The residencies are so intense that what the knowledge stays with you forever.

Before the OneMBA it would have been possible to be in charge of a new emergency service that in the past was outsourced, as I am now. This is giving me the ability to implement ideas. Everyone has a lot of feeback but they lack the tools to evaluate them properly.
