Course programme

The RYA First aid course cover Emergency resuscitation and basic first aid with an emphasis on water sports and small craft. Suitable for those operating up to 60 miles offshore, (where the ambukance is more than a few minutes away)

You will also look at Cold water shock, and what can happen.
