Qualification enables learners to recognise their role and take considered action. It aims to develop personal and communication skills along with self-knowledge. Develops understanding of their roles and responsibilities for keeping records and reporting appropriately as well as the wider contexts of services. It also develops an awareness and basic knowledge of legal procedural frameworks.
