What I would highlight: I believe IQMS is a very good system. Help Desk are always available more than 12 hrs. A day. After a call, the Help Desk will typically follow up with you the following day to make sure everything is working appropriately Thanks for everything.

What I would highlight: The flexibility of IQMS is the key feature. We have started including an IQMS demonstration on prospective customer plant tours; all who are impressed with its' abilities and adaptability to customize reports and monitoring the same to meet their needs.

What I would highlight: If I had to start from a scratch I would go with this software. We could not perform our jobs without it. Because IQMS was initially designed for the plastic industry, there are inherent characteristics that make it the perfect fit.

What I would highlight: The Customer support is outstanding! Software is simple to use. It also lets user to customize fields providing utmost flexibility in design. IQMS provides a vast variety of canned reports, but also delivers the aptitude to create your own with Crystal Reports. I would recommend the same to all.
