ATL Solutions design and deliver sales training for business owners, sales people, business development executives and public sector managers who want to improve their ability to bring in new customers and develop more profitable relationships with existing ones.

For some sales is a dirty word, and when you consider the unscrupulous approach taken by certain industry sectors you can understand why. When we talk about sales skills at ATL Solutions we mean things like listening, effective questioning and how to develop and maintain mutually beneficial customer relationships. For any business to survive and prosper they need to sell – but this can be done professionally and ethically if you have the right skills.

Workshop Delivery
The sales skills training programme is delivered over five half-day sessions spread over a 3-5 month period. This approach is a practical one, allowing delegates to use the new skills they are learning in the work environment, reinforcing the knowledge.

The training is delivered by Phil Ingle and Helen Brewster of ATL Solutions. Phil is an experienced sales and management trainer who has designed and delivered sales training to hundreds of delegates over the last 20 years. Both will put delegates at ease whilst also helping to build their skills and confidence.

Courses are held in the West Midlands (normally in venues in or near Solihull and Coventry) or can be delivered on an in-house basis for sales teams and those with new business development responsibilities.

ATL courses provide a unique opportunity to become part of a vital business network. Delegates are encouraged to develop a strong network within their training group and beyond the two workshops all delegates are given access to the ATL Solutions on-line forum to network, share ideas and best practice.
