The ADI qualifying examinations is in three parts: By working with our specialist Partner you will be able to complete them over a time frame to suit you. Part 1 Theory - consists of a multiple choice section and a video based hazard perception section. Part 2 Driving Ability - Eyesight test followed by practical driving instructor technique test. Part 3 Instructional Ability practical test of the ability to instruct. You must pass all three parts of the examination in this order and must complete the whole examination within two years of passing the theory test. Suitable for: Any person is potentially capable of making the move to being a Driving Instructor. There are one or two restrictions, mainly concerning points on your license - if you have more than 6 its a no go. You must also have held your license for a minumum period of three years.
