Course Objective: to ensure that each individual has a clear understanding of the importance of their role in the overall sales process. This course has been designed to provide the participants with some essential sales techniques, as well as helping them to appreciate the contribution they are making to an organisation’s revenue generation.

  • Effective questioning techniques for both pre- and post-sales environments
  • Developing urgency within a client – keeping the sales process moving towards a successful conclusion
  • Working closely with the sales team – utilising the partnership to create a persuasive & coherent sales message
  • Handling objections – “Treating the cause and not the symptom”. This approach will help conclude the sale and avoid any unnecessary delays.
  • Closing skills – ensuring that progress and an “advance” is made following each meeting or conversation.


    Practical exercises and role-plays throughout the day will ensure that the participants’ confidence is developed and that they can immediately implement their newly learnt skills.
