Seasonal Spanish

Course review:

Focusing on the diverse cuisines from the country’s regions, and aided by the Leiths chefs, Jenny will teach you to recreate a seasonal Spanish menu at home.

This course will include refreshments on arrival and a lunch which you will have prepared, accompanied by a well-earned glass of wine.

• Moorish lamb kebabs
• Levante spiced almond and hazelnut Romesco Sauce with griddled vegetables
• Basque squid cazuela
• Catalan Duck with pears and an apple and cider cake
